CEC produces international and national corporate meetings and events, serving as an expert logistics manager and protocol advisor. Since 1990, CEC has selected venues and managed over 200 programs and conferences across the United States, and internationally in over twenty-six countries around the world. Our event-planning experiences span non-profit art and cultural institutions, corporate executive management functions, as well as programs involving the highest levels of government and Heads of State, ranging in size from 20 to thousands of participants.

CEC is skilled at creating special events to highlight and enhance program content, bringing imagination, creativity, and an impeccable sensibility to each project, raising even a modestly-budgeted program to a standard of excellence and elegance. Our team is expert at Strategic Planning with clients, helping to format and focus a new event, or refocus and energize a recurring event. We work closely with our clients to create an experience that reflects their Corporate Culture, as well as the client’s particular purpose for their event or program.

As a leadership member of the North Carolina Sustainable Business Council (NCSBC), CEC manages conferences and meetings with care and responsibility for all stakeholders involved in any project, producing from start to finish a green event.

Producing events responsibly requires thoughtful planning and coordination with vendors and venues, in some cases educating stakeholders. The result is a meeting that has minor impact on the environment while producing a major return on investment for the client.

CEC was founded in 1990 by it's president and owner, Courtenay Daniels. Luke Daniels is the Managing Director and Ms. Daniels's brother.
